Well, something’s working! I’ve struggled to keep my blood pressure normal for years, and use a couple of prescription drugs for it but it still always had a tendency to be quite high (130+; 90+) and to go through the roof when I was even a little stressed. I started on GoodHeart and Ubiquinol a couple of months ago and have seen a consistently lower BP. It does still occasionally go very high with stress, but the average is now around 120/75). I’m now anticipating asking the GP to lower my prescription meds. I couldn’t be more pleased and would recommend these to anyone with high BP.
