Allicin is created from two components, an enzyme called Nasalise and an amino acid called Allicin, which are kept completely separate inside garlic. In nature allicin protects the garlic bulb from any attack by microbes in the soil. Allicin is also formed if the garlic’s structure is ruptured – typically by cutting and crushing. Garlic is the only vegetable which seldom rots.

Chemists have discovered that the above highly reactive configuration gives allicin its remarkable antibiotic properties and, in particular, the potential to assist the immune system in a number of important ways including stimulating immune cells, killing pathogens and detoxifying carcinogens. Allicin is nature’s antibiotic, anti-fungal and antiviral.

A patented process has now been developed to produce purified allicin liquid, making it the first health food supplement to provide a 100% allicin yield, the key active ingredient of fresh garlic. Only garlic containing allicin is very alkaline and can therefore be readily absorbed by the body, penetrating cell walls and reacting with micro organisms.

Garlic is remarkable for the number of compounds it contains including 17 amino acids, at least 33 sulphur compounds, 8 minerals (germanium, calcium, copper, iron, potassium, magnesium, selenium and zinc) and vitamins A, B and C.

Cold Sores Margaret’s daughter had bad flare ups of cold sores. She was off work, but after applying AlliTech Gel, 3 times a day, the cold sores have completely gone. If you have cold sores the virus stays in your blood forever, unless it is destroyed by 100% Allicin in AlliTech.

MRSA The bacteria Methicillin-Resistant Staphylococeus Aureus (MRSA) and several other strains of bacteria living in our gut, known as ‘alert organisms’. In most cases, these bacteria cause no problem, but when they enter another body system such as the blood or urine, they may cause illness when colonised. People carrying the bacteria in their nose, throat, and gut or on their skin, do not show symptoms. Used for athletes foot that had developed through working long hours on feet all day. Athletes Foot has gone – now use regularly as part of care regime for my feet, particularly before I go to work and when I return. Really good for me, will buy again.
